Health Releaf is a comprehensive family medical practice, that was founded by Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP), Shannon Martin, in 2018. The facility offers an array of medical services to include primary care, substance & alcohol abuse treatment, behavioral health services to include counseling/therapy and psychiatric medication management. The practice maintains three facilities, with two facilities located in north Anne Arundel County (Glen Burnie) and the other in south county (Edgewater).

Health Releaf was designed to give the community and patients everything they need in one location. Our facilities are staffed with highly qualified, caring professionals who work together to give patients the highest quality care. Our number one concern is patient safety. It is the company’s core value, and we maintain a commitment to partner with our patients to ensure all their needs are met.

Health Releaf makes it easier for patients to access great care – when and where they need it. Appointments are available Monday to Friday with various hours ranging from early morning to evening. Saturday hours are also available to fit various schedules. Health Releaf also offers telehealth services when appropriate for convenient care and serves residents of Anne Arundel County, Prince George’s County, Baltimore, DC and Virginia.
